Strawberry Shortcake

This was my dad's favorite!  I would make it every Christmas, and some times in between.  Originally, I just used cool whip, but recently, I've substituted it for my special icing.  It tastes great!  Although, I'm sure it's more fattening. :)

Banana Pudding Cake?

As a child, I've always loved Banana Pudding.  It was a real treat when my mom would make it for us.  Even as an adult, I love banana pudding!  So it was only fitting that I would try to acheive the taste of banana pudding in a cake!  This was my first attempt at the Banana Pudding cake... It was AWESOME!

 My brother ranked this second to the Oreo Cake... I agree!

Oreos for the Holiday!

This holiday season, not only did I give the gift of Oreos, I also decided to sell them.  I placed a small ad by way of a facebook status to see if I'd get any orders for Oreo Cake and Oreo Truffles.  I ended up getting two truffle orders, but no cake.  I was excited nonetheless!  I didn't want the cake to feel left out, so I made Mini Oreo Cakes to give as gifts!  Enjoy the pictures...
